| The I love U e-zine starts up in 1997 as a platform for artistic and digital producction on the internet, that is open to anyone. I love U distinguishes itslef from a lot of pioneer lowscale webprojects through the regularity with wich it appears during seven years every month with a new topic. Since 2004 the site is dynamic, and the users can upload their material themselves, but until then i have been responsible for the edition.
El I love U e-zine nace en 1997 como una plataforma de producción artística y digital en la web, abierta para todo el mundo. El I love U es especial entre los proyectos pioneros de pequeña escala en la web por la regularidad con la que aparece durante siete años cada mes un nuevo número con un nuevo tema. Desde 2004 el I love U cuenta con una programación dinámica, que permite a los usuarios subir sus contirbuciones ellos mismos, pero hasta entonces yo me había encargado de la edición. |

It is like a game that confuses our different experiences with space in reality and the virtuality of the web. Es como un juego que confunde nuestra experiencias diferentes del espacio en la realidad y en la virtualidad de la web. |
| The virtual .barbecue explores playfully the consciousness of the real world behind the virtual one: the grill is hidden from the sight but is beeing filmed by a camera and the images projected to a screen. Nevertheless you can hear the sizzle and smell the delicious food. The communication between the cooks and the guests takes place via a keyboard, like in a chat. It has been realized for the c-front conference in Plovdiv, Bulgaria, in 2001. La barbacoa virtual juega con la conciencia del mundo real deträs del virtual: la barbacoa queda escondida de la vista y solo podemos ver una proyección de en pantalla grande de una cámara que la está grabando. Sin embargo se oyen los ruidos de la carne y la brasa y se huelen los olores deliciosos de la comida. La comunicación entre cocineros e invitados tiene lugar por escrito, como en un chat. |
